At Pepito's, we take real pride in serving our guests authentic Mexican dishes made with the finest ingredients available. We are one of the best local restaurants in town. Like salsas made fresh throughout the day to ensure the ultimate in flavor, Guacamole prepared with only Haas avocados and handmade tamales prepared daily in the traditional way - wrapped in corn husks for the best taste and to retain moisture. These are but a few of the efforts we make every day to bring you the real flavors of Mexico. Our Mexican restaurant menus feature regional specialties, including sizzling fajitas, tamales, enchiladas and tacos as well as traditional Mexican combination platters. Salads and soups are also available for both lunch and dinner. Pepito's offers a wide selection of upscale margaritas, in addition to a complete list of beers and cocktails. Pepito's also offers take-out, catering, in-house banquet services, and childrens menus.
In 1999 Eliseo Gutierrez was an employee at a local restaurant in Alabama and that spring he was invited by Jose Luis Barragan to be his partner in this new project of a Mexican restaurant called Pepito’s. After the successful opening, Pepito’s starts the traditional Monday Margarita Nights. Since then, we have been serving delicious and healthy Mexican food with the freshest ingredients, right in the heart of Destin, Florida. And have just recently opened our 2nd location in Niceville, Florida.

2006. Eliseo Gutierrez companies have grown to 4 restaurants in two states, Pepito’s Mexican Restaurant in Destin & Niceville Florida, and two other Mexican restaurants in Alabama.
2008. Eliseo Gutierrez purchases all the partnership of Pepito’s and happens to be the only owner of the company.
2010. Today the Pepito’s project continues to grow, opening new locations on the Emerald Coast.
